Shipping and Delivery

What You Need to Know

We use the most cost effective way to ship your order.  As you have invested in a timeless piece, we do our best to make sure it arrives protected.  Our vehicles for shipping include the United Post Office, UPS, or FedEx.  Customers pay for shipping which is included at the time of checkout.  We ask that you allow 3 weeks for deliver from date of purchase.  

Returns and Refunds

How It Works

We are glad that you chose to shop with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase.  We will gladly exchange it until you are satisfied. We do not offer refunds.   All items must be returned in the original packaging, new, unused condition, and fragrance free.  If the item does not meet these stipulations we will not exchange it for another item in our store.  Shipping cost for exchanges will be the customers responsibilities.  Exchanges must be done within 14 days for receiving the item.

Warranty at J & Co.

Our Policy

J & Co. stand behind our products.  If your product breaks  return it to us within 30 days of purchase and we will repair it at no cost. 

Privacy at J & Co.

All about Information Security

J & Co. feel that our customers privacy is of the utmost importance to our business.  We store name, email addresses and phone numbers to remain in contact with our customers.  We do not sell our customers information to any other company. We use a third -party banking system to verify payment and once the transaction is complete the data is not store in our system.
