Custom Orders Are Final. We make every effort to ensure you are getting your desired colors, stones, and materials before assembly. This process can take up to 4 weeks before delivery. We make every effort to make sure you are pleased with all the selected items. We are working to build a lasting relationship by taking care of all of our clients.
We do not offer store credit or refunds on custom orders.
